Hi, Did any other Recruiting customers have an issue with Recruiting emails being sent several days late starting around 2/1/2024 and not received until 2/7/2024? My company did, and these were eventually sent and received on Wednesday, 2/7/2024 at 12:50 am. We also had EC workflow email delays during this exact same time, and again these were then sent out on 2/7/2024 at 12:50 am. This delay caused offer letters sent to be delayed several days and thus a big concern for my recruiters. I opened a support ticket on Wednesday, 2/7/2024, when this was discovered and shared by an internal candidate, an external candidate, and a manager, and thus my investigation began. A delay over a weekend with a software release or such normal maintenance is expected, but a delay of 4 or 5 days is not. I am still waiting to hear what happened from SAP Support. Anyone else?
