Question aobut the H2 Release OBX-25933

Presently, there is a client utilizing an onboarding system that is integrated with an external Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

I am uncertain about the newly introduced hireType named "Legal_entity_transfer_new_empl." Currently, we have four hire types:

1. NEW_HIRE
2. REHIRE_NEW_EMPLOYMENT
3. REHIRE_OLD_EMPLOYMENT
4. LEGAL_ENTITY_TRANSFER_NEW_EMPL

I would like to confirm the mandatory fields for each type. As per my understanding, entityType and internalUserId are only relevant for LEGAL_ENTITY_TRANSFER_NEW_EMPL. However, does this imply that the other types also require these fields? Would love to hear with the others experience or feedback about this Release.
