On the home page of Recruiting Management: how can I activate Highlight Job title"

Hi community.

In the home Page of Recruiting Management, in the top right corner : there is the "Highlight Job Title" search option.

This does not seem to work?

I can not search any Job title?

How can I activate this, or how does it function?
