Is it possible to include history of inactive users in "raw all lessons report" or a similar report?

I am looking for analytics that provide historical content completion data, even after users are inactive. We need to prove that users have accessed and/or completed content in the past, regardless of user or employment status.

It was great to get the information to access the "raw all lesson report" in another thread, but unfortunately it does not contain data for inactive users as far as I can see. 

Your insight is appreciated.

Hi Leticia,

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any report, similar to the Raw Data Report, that will provide information for deactivated users.  The only workaround I can think of is to:

1. In Manager, open Administration > Users and export all user records
2. Make a copy of the csv file because you will need the copy to restore the status of your user records after you run the report
3. In one of the CSV files, you can open it in Excel, set the value of Active column to 1 for all users
4. In Manager, select Administration > User Import and import the modified user data that reactivates all user records
5. Run your report
6. Now import the other CSV file that had the original Active value for all users and that will restore your user data

The only other option that you have is to raise a support ticket for the Component ID KM-SEN-MGR and see if the product team has another way to get this information.

Hi Shane. Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, we don't want to activate users who no longer need the license. We need to maintain the integrity of the data and just would like to continue to access it post deactivation.
