Integrating RCM Candidate Profile data with EmployeeCentral Profile

Hi -

When a new hire is hired via SF Recruiting, we would like the ability to carry their Work Experience, Education, Geographic Mobility, etc. from their Candidate Profile over to their EC Profile. Is it possible to have this data flow over/map from RCM to EC? I know Job Application, Job Requisition and Job Offer data can be mapped but I have not seen Candidate Profile data as an option.

Assuming it's not an out-of-the-box option, has anyone heard of any work arounds? Or, is the only option to have the new hire copy/paste from their Candidate Profile into their EC profile?

Hi, standard elements integration between the candidate profile and EC profile is set in CPT XML, please get more detail from Candidate Profile Element: sm-mapping in RCM implementation guidance.

Hi Adam,

Yes, this is possible. For this you can refer CPT (Candidate Profile Template) Data Model (.xml). There is one outline beneath 'background elements', called 'sm-mapping' (specifically known as succession mapping) which maps between the candidate profile fields and EC fields.
