How to stop candidates having to create a profile in SF

We are seeing a significant drop off of applications from job boards into recruitment management. We believe it's because candidates need to create a profile in SF in order to apply. We've looked at RMK and this is no different, they still need to put in an email address etc. Has anyone successfully implemented a solution to negate this? Thanks

Hi - I'd suggest voting on this enhancement:

[Application] - No Registration for Application

Have you explored the quickApply field on the Job Requisition?

Job requisitions with Quick Apply allow candidates to apply and create their profile at the same time. This means it's a "one step" application, rather than the candidate creating a profile first, then applying.

Note: this will only work for candidates that don't have a profile yet. Candidates with profiles will be prompted to login to their account first then apply.

Hi Feline, I do use "Quick apply" but they still need to create a profile, if I am not mistaken. They need to add and email, phone etc and yes their details are pre filled from LinkedIn/cv but its the fact they need to add their email etc more than once that is causing drop off. We're currently redirecting to our job boards to host applications.

Hi Fionnuala,

have you implemented the quick apply function? If you enable this for your job requisitions, the candidate can apply in one step and the candidate profile is created in the background.

Best regards,

Feline
