do you know if the values shown in the FLSA picklist in RCM is based on fixed governmental requirements in the US or if we can add values to this list?
IMO, the FLSA in Recruiting is a picklist field and can be updated via Picklist Center, So yes You can add more values as needed for the client's business requirement.
