Terminate contract in REFX

I have contract in REFX in Tcode RECN this contract valid from 06.07.2020 to 27.11.2028 i have been received from the other department they are asking me to terminate this contract in 2023 “which is this is mean early termination” when I use the Tcode RECN to terminate this contract (my steps are open contract in RECN and open term window then give notice to terminate contract in 2023 then go back to posting parameters window to change the absolute end to 2023 the run the valuation) once I run the valuation the type AB offsetting with type WE perfectly but at the same time the system generate one more type AB as look like this contract not terminate it.

Please not that underneath this contract variousof object and when I tried to terminate I terminate one of object not the contract itself.

Could you please help me what the wrong here or what I can do ?.

And the object you have terminated in the notice is the same object that has been assigned to the valuation rule?

yes, all the way I am ensuring that when posting something in TCode it is subject to the desired object but i didnt know why once posting the valuation its showing Two line of clearing type AB !

Hi if you want to cancel the entire lease you have to make sure that you select the notice on the contract and not on the specific object (contract object, building, etc.) on the contract. Once you have given notice on the contract you shouldn't have to put an absolute end date in the posting parameters as this is already implied by the notice.

Unless you explicitly want to give notice on one object, e.g. you have 2 buildings and want to cancel only 1 building, you select the object in the notice, otherwise always select contract.

Please note that I want to terminate one object of the contract not all of them so, I have been give notice for specific object that I want but this is generate one more line item type AB .

Please note that I have been enter notice for specific object + in posting parameters I have been enter absolute end “shall I did not enter absolute end ?
