Start of Consideration date and 1st posting from date in Valuation Rule Config

Hi,

I would like to know what is the purpose of the Start of Consideration Date and 1st posting from date under the configuration node for company code setting under : Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) > Balance-Sheet Valuation of Contracts> Valuation Rule > Company Code Assignment

What the difference between these dates to be set up in configuration at the company code level and what it maintained in contract master data

Hi Charmaine,

The Start of Consideration Date and 1st Posting From Date do the same thing whether you set them up in the contract or in the valuation rule customization. The only difference is, if you set them up in customization, they get filled in automatically when you add the valuation rule to the contract.
