SAP FM: FMKU083. The budget amount is not sufficient for release

Hello Dear FM Experts:

I have Error: FMKU083 in S4/Hana, 1709.

(Absolute) Total Eligible released budget =70,000

(Absolute) Total Eligible consumable budget = 0

Why is my table FMBDT not updated with my posted budget document & automatic released budget document via TCODE FMBB?

Also, could this be the reason why my budget is POSTED but when I try to RELEASE the budget, I have error FMKU083?

I have reconstructed ledger with FMAVCREINIT, no success & FMAVCR01 is not displaying posted budget either.

All these happened in my Dev client but never encountered this in my sandbox .

Hi,

If you use budget release scenario, read carefully note 1859520 - Budget release in BCS, and make sure that you have the proper settings.

If 'yes', check whether the documents are actually created and there was no update termination. In this later case, run RGZZGLUX program to rectify the situation.

Thanks for your reply.

I have read the note 185920 carefully, the resolution requires to:

• -“First make sure the SAP Note 1616258 is in my system” but my Basis just confirmed the note cannot be implemented on our system because the affected software component EA-PS must be release 600 to 616. We are on 802 for EA-PS (S/4 Hana 1709).

I confirmed that budget documents were posted and the BCS settings are okay before executing RGZZGLUX but still having the error “FMKU083” and still can’t release my budget.

Forget note 1616258... what is important is to have release settings configured correctly. Check tables FMBH/FMBL: do you see your document there? In which status?
