I am facing issue while restricting access at entity level and therefore not able to amend the workflow.
Here is the scenario -
Entity 1- 2 reports
Entity 2 - 2 reports
User 1: Should access entity 1 report & chapters only and should be able to amend workflow till 'in progress' (Editior)
User 2: Should access entity 1 report and chapters only and should be able to amend workflow for approval (Manager)
User 3: Should access entity 1 & 2 reports and chapters but cannot amend workflow for entity 2
User 4: Should have access to entity 1 and entity 2 but cannot amend workflow for both entities.
Issue: When I provide global permissions as editor to user1 with entity1 it displays authorization error in workflow and when I give any entity access then it works fine however user1 see all the reports for entity2 also.
How can we tackle that? I tried to give local permissions but that has to be defined for each period and would be cumbersome to maintain every time.
