Hi Shankar,
Query reports (SQVI) are client specific and cannot be transportable completely to other environments.
When you create a query report in SQVI, a report starting with AQ* will be auto generated. To view the program details you can execute the query and then go to System -> Status screen where you can see and copy the corresponding program details.
E.g. I have created a User to Composite and single roles report as shown below:
You can create a Tcode for this ABAP report and then assign the tcode to a role for giving access to the users.
However, only difference is you have to create the query in production and create a Tcode in development with the ABAP report name as the one created in production so that you can transport the tcode from DEV to PRD and it can work.
You also can add the Tcode to NWBC using LPD_CUST transaction. Please see below links on how you can achieve it.
