Depends on where you are retracting to. Export to S4, BW are available as export connection. Additionally you also have Data Export services APIs. I am not sure what you mean without export process.
if am taking data to HR model from two different Data sources eg: i have tahken (position,EmP ID,Department) fileds from success factor and (Movement type) from S/4 hana ...now wr it will write back In S/4 or Success factor...?
