Hello experts,
I need support.
We have the following methodology at GRAC - BRM:
Is it possible for me to remove the PRD connector in phase 5 of generating in QA?
I would like to keep the DEV(Default) and QA in step 5 and then, only in step 8, make the PRD connector available.
Thank you, Friends
Rubens Vaz Muller
Hi Rubens
Sure, you can guide your basis team accordingly.
Also, as I can see, you have raised OSS message. You can come back and update us if you have any further query on this.
Request you to confirm and close this thread.
Thanks and Regards

Hi Rubens
Ok, I got your point. Thanks for sharing screenshots.
No, you cannot completely hide the connector at any particular stage in BRM. Though at the time of generation, you can exclude the connector. So I would say you can guide your basis team on this activity to exclude connector manually for which they don't want to perform generation.
Thanks and Regards

Hi Rubens
Yes, in BRM you have an option to choose connectors you want to generate. For connector, you don't want to perform generation, please select that connector line item and click on downward button to move it to another window.
Same steps can be performed in 8th stage.
I hope this answers your query!
Thanks and Regards

I would like to hide the option to select the production connector only in step 5.
I can even make this adjustment in the connector group (Generate Action), but this adjustment will also be reflected in step 8 when generating in Production.
I don't want to take the risk of Basis Generate profile in Production before approval step.
Step 5 (Generate in QA)
Thank you friend.
