EPM Distribution - Facing issue with Email Scheduling option for Citrix Users

Hi All,

We are trying to Schedule the Email Via EPM Distribution to send the Input Templates/Reports for Citrix users.

When scheduling a report distribution task in the EPM Add-in, the folowing error is displayed:

Could not create a Task in the Windows Scheduler Exception: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminted. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070520).

For the above issue we found the SAP Note: 2509538 with below resolution to disable the Security group policy.

In the Windows Group Policy Editor, disable the Security group policy: Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication.

But due to some Security Concerns our Client doesn't want to disable the Security group policy for Citrix Server Users.

Please let us know if there is any other Alternate Working Solution to Schedule and Send the Reports via Email.

Can we Schedule it via BW Process Chains or AO Scheduling. Please share any working solution for the same.

No, there is no other solution then changing security settings. EPM distribution is done on the client computer, not on BPC or BW server.
