EPM Addin 10 - Member recognition not working

We recently upgraded to the EPM addin 10 and Windows 19. I have checked the "member recognition" box in the options, but when I type my variant, it doesn't convert to an "epm" feature. In the previous version, if you typed time, it would flash green and be recognized. This version is not doing that. Is there another option I need to check in order for my members to be recognized?

Sorry if I was unclear. We upgraded to BPC 10, but the question still remains:
