Cannot import data to BPC 7.0

Hi,

We have just installed BPC successfully (I think) and in my first attempt to import data, I get the following message: "System not available; try again later" (full message is displayed at the bottom)

The file I am trying to import looks like this:

Any ideas why this is? I can upload the file to the server and preview it. This happens when I am trying to import it.

Make system availble. you cannot run package when system is unavailble.

Select the application set . select application status and finally select system availble.

Please award points if your Problem is solved
