Hi All,

I have a issue on In-active employees those are filtering in CPi And sending that data to S4Hana and getting Response as-well but in there system still showing Active and the last updated is on 18-feb-2023 ,this seems like SAP public Cloud updated on 18-feb-2023 , from that day on-words we facing this issue , please help us with relevant solution.

As advised in the incident, please use the SOAP service MANAGEBUSINESSUSERIN (SAP_COM_0193) for your use case.

Hi ,

After placing the API URL (SAP_COM_0193) in postman i can able to delete the in-active user's ,but the same URL when i'm using in CPI Target system using SOAP Adapter receiving error with the below.

org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: Web service processing error; more details in the web service error log on provider side (UTC timestamp 20230607072549; Transaction ID 736b6cfe5509460e89b3df60559bbc0c)

Can anyone help me with this issue .
