WM Satging cancellation

Dear Experts,

Again I need an help regarding production orders handling.

Currently my process of releasing orders for production is

1. Schedule order to finish date
2. Check Capacity and Materials avail.
3. Release order
4. Execute the WM Material Staging (LP10)

1. Inform to related parties.

After these steps WM people get WM Staging (Pick List) from LB10 and print it to issue materials.

But the issue is when I re-schedule the released order before they print Pick List in LB10, the pending Pick List automatically deleted & no one informs about that. So that, we're everyday face to materials delay for production.

Do anyone of you have faced to this issue? I need to get a solution for this as rescheduling without cancelling Pick List in LB10.

Im highly appreciate your suggestions & corrections regarding that.

Why dont you print the pick list automatically on order release ?

I do not understand the problem, is the problem that pick list is not automatically printed when you reschedule a released order like it does when the order is released ?

Also I tried researching the issue a bit on service market place and I find some faintly related notes, you may evaluate them further.
