Withholding Tax – Egypt

Dear experts,

When I follow this path:

Business configuration>>implementation projects>>open activity list (button)>> search for (withholding)>> select (Withholding Tax – Egypt)>> Check withholding tax rates schedules

I see that I can’t add a new withholding tax income type, is there an ability to do that or isn’t there?

And When I follow this path:

Business configuration>>implementation projects>>open activity list (button)>> search for (withholding)>> select (Withholding Tax – Egypt)>> Check withholding tax codes

When I want to add a new withholding tax code and click on add row (button) or copy (button) and write a different Id system generate the message in the picture attached, so how can I add a new withholding tax code or isn’t there an ability to that?
