Where do I find the name who has approved a travel expense report?

Hi,

Several data regarding expense reports are stored in TE-Cluster table.General trip data,etc.

table PTRV_VERSION "stores" history data

table AEND - Changes in Trip Data:

both tables in clude the field "Change" which keeps the name of the user who changed the trip as well as the field "Request" - in case filled with "4" the trip is approved

Hi Schmidt,

Hope you are using ESS/MSS Portal for Travel.

If so now there is provision to view on the line item level of Travel requests to find the Approver, Pending with whom and so on.

Its part of standard functionality.
