Hi Vijay

Thanks for sharing the screen dump.

The second screen shot i.e 38 with conversion 19 should be ok.

hi

there is an issues not since i have change in the column 1 it is not showing for tax wagetype if it is a addition it should display with a minus sign on it in the deduction side

so now

instead putting it in column 1 i used the column 2 went to the line layout (if i double click on the above screen shot)

i click on **Z6 - 02 column of BETRG and in the conversion it was empty so i put conversion as 19

let me know if it is ok

will the wage type will appear with a minus sign on the deduction side if it is an addition to the tax

Hi Vijay

I would suggest you to use two wage types i.e payment and recovery and display them accordingly to the req.

If you use the conversion rule 19 then the system will not show any + or - sign in the payslip

Q : Will the wage type will appear with a minus sign on the deduction side if it is an addition to the tax?

As I said it depends on the wage type assignment in the payslip of ded or earning side, these conversion rule will only bypass the sign but not the display in the form

Hope this will help

Good luck
