Variance in Production Order

Dear Experts,

We have facing the issue related variance in production where the Actual Product Cost showing almost double than Actual Item component cost.

We have checked the Item wise Audit report & change log of transaction, but we could find any gaps.

Currently client using SAP version 9.3 PL14 .

Below is the attached screenshot for your reference.

Please suggest any workaround to resolve the issue.

Please check the material issues and item valuation method. Please check the audit report of every material issued you will understand why material issues took high cost.
