Hi All, This is to share that there is a value mismatch between OSHA 300 & OSHA 300A for FY 2019 of a particular region.Both the summary & log reports are being pulled from F3P Fiori S/4 HANA. It is matching for other Regions except the o. I also found out that for the month of Sep'19 & Dec'19, the indicators 'Total no of cases with days away from work' & 'Total no. of other record able cases' are not matching between OSHA 300 & 300A (monthly report) which is leading to the mismatch numbers in total (yearly report). Also the employment information is not fetching correct number in OSHA 300A form. .Kindly help.
