US-Payroll : One time employer payment for vaccination with limit per year

Hi all,

This is one-time vaccination payment benefit per year per employee. Employer is paying to the vendor for the employee vaccination. The employee is eligible for this onetime benefit in the year. The employer receives this vaccination charges as inbound from vendor into IT0014. The system is configured using limits for the wage type.

1.The issue is whenever there is retro the system pays, and it becomes overpayment. This should not happen.

2.Suppose the employee gets vaccinated at the end of the year (in the month of December), it should check for the limit for the current year, and it should adjust to next year limit.

Presently the system is configured with limits for wage type defined in deductions and limits.

Please suggest how fix/develop issue.
