Upload planned cost and budget in local currency

In Public cloud version 2302 we are searching to upload the planned cost and budget for project in local currency (INR) through the "Import financial plan data".

Please provide guidance that how can we do this?

The answer depends a bit on the type of project that you are working with. For Enterprise Projects (also known as EPPM projects such as overhead projects, investment projects, projects with revenue, and statistical projects) you can upload a project budget and plan as described here - https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/1cbcff7ccd35405ab445b223c1ab1588/c5e0cd55db8c3105e1000000... and https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/1cbcff7ccd35405ab445b223c1ab1588/ba5d0f584ee39544e1000000... . However, if you are working with professional service projects (including customer projects and internal projects) the system automatically creates a project plan version considering the cost rates of individuals and the planned effort values. Uploading a manual budget or plan version is not possible in that scenario.

For example, consider a project contains one work package and within this work package one resource is planned with 100 hours. The system then determines the relevant cost rate and multiplies the planned 100 hours with the cost rate to calculate total planned cost.
