Unable to login to SAP b1 client after upgrade from 9.3 pl6 to 9.3 pl14

Dear all,

I have a client that we did an upgrade from 9.3 pl6 to 9.3 pl14 and after the upgrade we were unable to login to SAP Business One Client on the server.

Hope to get a response as what it is causing the ability to login.

Share here error message if any while login to SAP B1 in server.

wale.adegbolaPlease check B1 client logs for the possible errors.

Also you could try changing affected user password and check login again afterwards.
