Unable to implement SAP OSS Note due to missing fields

Hello Experts,
I am unable to implement SAP OSS Note 3125079 due to missing fields (CON_INTCA_FI and CON_INTCA_PT).
Please advise which other notes include these fields

Hello,

The two fields are pointing to Countries Finland & Portugal.. The Notes you are looking for are as below. However, these Notes should have shown up as Pre-requisites while implementing the Note 3125079.. Surprised that SNOTE didn't inform you about this because i am inclined to think there are probably other Notes apart from the Notes mentioned below that might also need to be Implemented.. Would suggest raising a ticket to SAP if these were not mentioned as Pre-requisite Notes during implementation of the Note 3125079
