Unable to create delivery for a STO

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am having issue in creating a delivery for an STO. I have an article(Retail Industry) which has Availability check-01 (Daily Requirements) and the attached MD04 Screenshot.

As per my understanding, If the availability check is 01, then system should not create a delivery at all for the STO's on the date 01.08.2019 as shown in the screenshot. As total requirement is 200 EA for 01.08.2019 and the Quantity Available is 108 EA only.

But system is creating deliveries for STO's (4700030111 till 47000030113) and not creating the delivery for 4700030114 (Giving Error "Only 0 cs of material available").

If Availability Check is 02 (Individual Requirement),then I believe the above will be possible. Please help me to understand this concept.

Hello,

Please check CO09 for ATP quantity.

If you want to execute an ATP check in the STO you have to maintain the following customizing:

Checking group in the material master (MRP 3 Tab) for the delivering plant

Checking rule for the document type and supplying plant (SPRO → Materials Management → Purchasing → Purchase Order → Set up Stock Transport Order → Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule, field PRREG)

Valid scope of check for the checking group and checking rule (transaction OVZ9).

ATP check 01 Daily requirement Individual and 02 Individual from OVZ2

The setting 'total sales' and 'total deliveries' in OVZ2 is used to set whether you want to use individual requirement or aggregated requirement (e.g. daily requirement) for sales orders and deliveries. If you use setting other than 'A', system will generate an aggregated record of the requirement.
