Unable to cancel Sales order with delivery status of the item is 'In-process' or 'Finished'

We found that we cannot cancel sales order by select reason for rejection when the  delivery status of the item is 'In-process' or 'Finished'.

Dear Customer, 

Once delivery status of the item is 'In-process' or 'Finished', cancellation of the item is not possible in the Sales Order screen
