Unable to Assign Firefighter ID to Firefighter Owner ID

Dear SAP Experts,

I'm trying to assign Firefighter ID to Firefighter Owner ID in GRC system (through NWBC).

However, system is showing the errors mentioned in the attached screenshots.

I had created Firefighter ID's in both, SAP ECC as well as SAP GRC systems.

Also, I had checked all the post-installation related configurations. All configurations were properly done.

Still the same issue persists.

Please advise, how to resolve this error.

Hi,

There will be a firefighter role maintained in config parameter 4010. Please assign the same to the user in backend system. Run the repository sync job to sync this access back to GRC. This should help to fix this issue.

I had tried the recommended steps. However, I'm now facing a different issue.
