Triggering an approval procedure on update from already approved document

Good day,

We have a question in regards of approval procedure triggering. The customer that has this question is on SBO 10.0 FP2108.

We have a marketing document that has been already approved from an approval procedure. When we update the document, the approval procedure isn't triggered again.

Checking the general settings, there's only the option to activate an approval procedure for a document that wasn't created through the approval process, but without it, however, what we need is being able to trigger the approval procedure after updating an already approved document.

I'll be waiting for a prompt answer.

Please verify if the demo database shows checkbox options to enable approved document.

If it does, you need to raise this issue to SAP support, and if does not you need to update to latest patch.
