Trigger Dynamic Action for Infotype 0081 while creating IT2001 from ESS

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement where I need to create IT0081, subtype 01 with start date and end date through dynamic action while employee is creating Absence from ESS

Scenario as below:

Step 1: Employee to create Absence from ESS.

Step 2: IT2001 with subtype 1000, start date 01.01.2020 to 31.07.2020 is created upon approval

Step 3: Dynamic action must be trigger and IT0081 with subtype 01, start date 01.01.2020 to 31.07.2020 must be created.

I hope the dynamic actions can only work in GUI transactions like PA30 etc...not in ESS. You may need to call a abap program in ess workflow step or use some BADI named HRPAD00INFTYDB, to write a code to insert your additional data in infotype.
