Tool to upload data in Custom Objects (E.g a Table)

Dear Team,

We have created few Custom Objects in the Cloud Solution (for e.g A Table with three columns). We now are looking for a Standard tool which can use to upload data using Excel in these Custom Objects (Something similar to Migration tool). We could not find any info on this Topic, It would be helpful if someone can throw some lights on this Topic.

Ideal Solution would have been a standard tool by SAP, Where you enter the Table name & the Excel file & the data is uploaded. 

If not we would have to develop a custom tool. Could someone share their experience in developing such a Tool.

Unfortunately there is no standard tool that I'm aware of at the moment--I would suggest creating a feature request (http://influence.sap.com/saps4hanacloud).

Thank you marty.mccormick for this Information. I just came across your blog ( https://blogs.sap.com/2018/07/31/upload-data-into-sap-s4hana-cloud-cbo-from-ms-excel/ ) today and I would try it. That should help us for now.

Could you please let me know do we need some special Authorization to view this link. It gives an error 403 : You are not authorized to view this.

Dear Celine,

We could not find a standard solution, so for the Time being we are using Bots (Programmed Software) who can make the entries for us.

Procedure.

1. Select any software which can perform such web based actions.

2. Do the configuration, provide the Source file

3. Hit Play & the software follows the same actions & maintains the entries for us.

In the mean time, I will also also initiate a request for the standard solution in Customer Influence.
