Hello,

Try to set the predefined series to that user, one that works on other user.

You can also, try to restore the numbering files.

Altough it is only for one user, it might fix some inconsistency.

Hi,

Restore numbering is not possible way here. Rest of all other users are working fine.

Hi Nikunj,

Please take a look at Document numbering (Administration > System Initialization > Document Numbering).

Either there is no valid number series determined for Inventory transfers (maximum number has been reached or the series has been locked), or there are multiple series determined and an invalid one has been set for this specific user only.

Johan

It's working for other users also. It's not working only in one user.

Database has been enable as branch wise.

Is the "Next No." larger or the same as "Last No." for any of these 20 rows? Or is any of these 20 rows locked?

Hi,

There is no lock in any series and also not an issue regarding last No. If there is issue with this two things that other users are also facing this type issues.

Hi Nikunj,

"If there is issue with this two things that other users are also facing this type issues."

B1 allows you to set different series as default for different users. So even if a series does not appear to be the default series, it can still be default for one user.

However, if none of the series are locked, and none have Next No. issues, then all that comes to mind is, is the user logged onto the production database?
