it0003.pngpt60.pngWe have both positive and negative time management. For few employee groups we have maintained Time management status 7 in IT0007 and Time Evaluation Program is executed with schema TQTA for these employee groups. User maintain the time events for these employee groups in IT2011 and also maintain the Infotype 0050 as well. However, when Time Evaluation program (PT60) is executed with schema TQTA, the form is generated from the start of the go live date which is June 2015. The IT0003 looks fine for these employee (Screenshot attached). I can set the Earl.pers.rec.date from the start of the month but while executing the PT60, the system give the message
Period to be evaluated 20150621 before earliest recalculation period 201903.
Where I am mistaken?
Sam,
Ok you have an error raised on 20150621 so time will try to start from that point
However
"Period to be evaluated 20150621 before earliest recalculation period 201903."
You have you earliest retro date set to 201903 so time never gets to reprocess those errors hence they never get cleared.
You could reset your earliest recalculation date ( making sure your time management status and dates on IT0007 are consistent) to let time retro back to 2015 but going back 4 years is probably not something you would be happy about doing!
Another approach would be once you are happy that there are no errors that need to be addressed, just to delete your 'B1' cluster results for the affected employees.

Hi Sriram,
I have already maintained the date for earliest retroactive in table V_T569R.

Have you reviewed the 'B1' Cluster?

Hi Brendan,
Yes i reviewed the cluster tables in report RPCLSTB2. In table ERT, the error is it0050.pngt (Screenshot Attached). I have already maintained the IT0050 for the employee from the date.
