Dear All,

We have a case study and we don't know how to implement it in SAP BYD,

We need to make a sale order for a customer and ship-from a third party supplier, but this supplier we agree with him on a daily quantity that I cannot exceed (daily purchase contract), that is, I need to make a purchase contract with supplier X from product A with quantity 1000ea, and make several sales orders with the product A (to different customers) and ship-from the supplier X, provided that the total of daily ordered quantities does not exceed 1000ea (the quantity allocated to me in the daily contract.

How to make it in SAP BYD?

Thanks

Hello, You have the option to establish a minimum order quantity in the sales order. For detailed guidance on this topic, please refer to the following blog posts,

Dear @vivekgghulaxe

thanks for your reply,

I don't mean the minimum order quantity which shown in material master data, we want to establish something like a daily contract with the third-party supplier who want to provide me goods with a permissible quota (in quantity) daily. and every day I need to establish this contract with the supplier and product, provided that we cannot exceed this permitted quota when we create our daily third-party sales orders from this contract.

thanks
