When you are working with subscription billing and entitlement management in Public Cloud, does the sandbox for these 2 tenants get decommissioned when requesting the production tenant for Subscription Billing and EMS.
Wondering if it is similar to the process where the provisioning request of the production system for the S/4HANA public cloud causes the S/4Hana sandbox to go away
The handling of sandboxes in the context of subscription billing and entitlement management in a Public Cloud environment can vary depending on the specific policies and procedures of the cloud service provider. Generally, the sandbox environments are distinct from the production environments, and actions taken in the production environment, such as provisioning for subscription billing and entitlement management, may not necessarily impact the sandbox environments.

Hi,
Similar answer for SAP Subscription Billing than for Entitlement Mgmt.
As described in the Online Help, you create your tenants in self-service mode. Creating new ones doesn't decommission any other tenant automatically.
Best regards

I can only answer for Entitlement Management, and the answer is no, they do not get decommissioned. Three tenants are provided with an EMS subscription, two non-production and one production.
