STO with WMS one setp post requirement

In old system(ECC) delivery note uses NLCC delivery note type,NLCC using Movement type 645+101, It Support one-step posting for posting GI and goods receipt.

We need to transfer project stock(Q) from cross company and need to achieve STO With WMS in S4.

Referring to the SAP solution, we have chosen to use the NCCR delivery note type,NCCR using Movement type 683\107+109, It Unable to achieve STO with WMS one-step posting.

Question1: IN order to achieve transfer project stock(Q) from cross company,Can NCCR delivery note types achieve one-step posting?

Question2: IN order to achieve transfer project stock(Q) from cross company, Can you tell me SAP have a solution that supports STO with WMS one-step posting?
