Steps for delete older backup from HANA Console SAP Business One HANA

Dear all,

Need to guidance / steps for delete older backup from HANA Console (backup catalog) ?

I need to delete the last three backup as per below snap. What are the steps for same and what is the impact before and after on production server / database? Can we need the downtime to delete this one or not?

Hi,

• Locate the latest backup, then right click and choose Delete Older Backups...

• Then choose Catalog and Backup Location and tick File System.

Thanks for the update. If I will follow above steps (Select the latest backup and follow steps) then it will delete which database backup?

Also, There is need to stop the SAP users work to perform this activity or not?

4 older backups will be deleted. In case, you locate the 23-Feb file and follow the steps, system will delete 3 older backups (1-Feb, 23-Jan, 21-Jan)

No need to stop user' work for the backup activities.
