SOST: "Cannot process message; maximum size exceeded" XS850 error SAP_BASIS 740 SP27

Hello, 
i was looking for solution but the notes 1171138 are not valid for my version SAP_BASIS 7.4 SP 27
so i was left with the solution to config the parameters mpi/total_size_MB but is current value is 170 so how is it that my limit is 43,000,000 bytes?
where is it maintaing the limition of the message in sap connect?

It mentions that In order to solve this issue, the parameter MAXLEN_BODYPART_SMTP
must be increased accordingly.
