Hi everyone,
When I create a proforma invoice (billing document) by tcode VF01 it's created successfully but it's causing a short dump at a RFC Call, that I can see by tcode SM58.
The status text is "The current application has triggered a terminatio n with a short dump." Function Module: /SAPSLL/API_6800_CSD_SYNCH.
In ST22 doesn't show the short dump, only by SM58.
Does anyone have any ideas of the cause?
Thanks.
Hi Paulo Sales,
The details of flow from ECC to GTS system, you can open your GTS system & check in SXMB_ADMIN to see where it got stuck.
Reason:- The BAdI interface is called with method IF_MAP_CDOC (mapping from external interface to document) during the call of external interfaces (BAPIs) /SAPSLL/API_6800_CSD_SYNCH and / SAPSLL/API_6800_CSD_SYNCH_MASS.
Anyways, please also check the below,

Hi Paulo Sales,
You should get a corresponding dump in ST22 in the GTS system
If you have PI system in your landscape, then you can take help from your PI team as well as they could help you with reports for tetrmination from GTS side
Thanks,
Kaushik
Hi Kaushik, it helped solve.
Thanks!
You and your colleagues are in the best position to find out the root cause.
A search in My SAP Notes & KBAs app with criterion /SAPSLL/API_6800_CSD_SYNCH lists quite a few notes which are a good place to start.
I hope that you have involved your GTS colleague in the troubleshooting, because all notes have something to do with the GTS system.
