Slowness since 2308 release

Hi

I am working with a Partner who sold Public Cloud to a Customer who is experiencing performance issue.

Since the 2308 release, they have been experiencing strong slowness in SAP at certain variable moments.

This often means that they have to wait for several minutes before they can start using the system.

They opened a support ticket. However, we understood there is an analytics dashboard since 2308 but only for 3SL customers, the customer is still 2SL so might be best to bring it up?

Thank you in advance for your response.

Best regards,

Hi Marie,

Yes, the Technical Monitoring cockpit is a collection of apps, however it is only available for 3SL systems.

Here is the Fiori App library link: Technical Monitoring Cockpit

The best thing to do is open a performance ticket and provide as much detail as possible about the performance issue and situation

Thank you
Jerry

Hi Marie,

Please check if the performance issue still persists after loading the page couple of times as this could be cache related. However, the performance issue persists, then the ticket is the right approach so that SAP can analyze the root cause and propose solution. They can help with performance issues on SAP delivered apps. For custom logic or business object related performance issues, the partner or the customer will be responsible to identify the root cause.

The dashboard you are referring to is most probably one delivered to help analyze the performance of custom application built in 3SL because we now offer developer extensibility which is a lot more powerful to perform extensibility but with this flexibility, the user could introduce performance issues as well. This app is to help with it.

Regards,

Dennis
