How to fix this and Where should i configure it..?

Hello,

This seems customized message.Not SAP standard message.

Check following if not maintained.

* T_53 - Assignment of purchasing data for shipment cost ,

* T_73 -Transportation planning point with determination of pricing procedure

You have to maintain condition types for freight using key combination for particular period .

* TK11 for that transporter(Fwd Agent).

Thank you Sir for the advice, but How to maintain condition record in TK11 when the notification message say "no values found"
