set variable in TE schema

Hi, I have to solve this problem:

We want to add a presence type for "mobile working". It should be only for documentation at IT2002 and having no impact at TE. The employees should fill in their time data at IT2011 manually by Fiori.

This solution was simple. I used a unique number for class "CT (Verarbeitungstyp/Zeitart) and asking for it in a PCR.

But now it gets tricky (for me). Our TE-schema contains a rule which raise an error if the employee is present for the whole day (IT2002) AND has time events from IT2011 for the same day. This combination is not allowed in our company.

So I should find a way to search TIP for entries from origin "E" or "P"(all presences with CT <> 05).

I do not getting solved this. An idea was to set a variable in a PCR, if TIP contains time pairs from it2011, and to ask this variable at a following PCR with an operation OUTTPCLTIM.

But I didnt find a way to set schema variable at TE.

Or does one has another good idea to fulfill our requirement?

Thanks!

Hi Udo,

you could eliminate the tip entry for the presence type right after P2002 using OUTTPPRTYP - or modify the check rule based on the presence type.

Good luck!
