service for Objects table TOA01 contains partial attachment

hello all

our billing document, contains 2 attachments in service for Object.

But in table TOA01 I can see only 1, also in SRGBTBREL I can see only 1 line.

where else can I see these attachments?

I am missing the attachment of 01.08.2022

Please embed the images in the body of your question. Many people don't want to click on every image to see them.

e.g.

TOA01 object type = 'VBRK':

hello Sandra

thank you for your email.

actually, I agree with you, it is easier to have the images embedded and in fact, the images were embedded and I deleted them because a few months ago I was told NOT to embed the images......

Hello alisa.schlossberg-majer

TOA01 has the link to the 2nd attachment, created on 05.07.2022. That is archived printout of the billing document.

SRGBTBREL has the link to the 1st attachment, created on 01.08.2022. That is manually added attachment with GOS service. Notice the timestamp field of SRGBTBREL - it shows the date of 20220801.

you are right, I did not see that.

how can I display this time stamp in a readable way? is there an additional table where I can "translate" this?

You don't really need to translate UTCTIME field of the SRGBTBREL table. It is 15 digits long numeric field that keeps the time stamp in the YYYYMMDDhhmmss format.

It only displays with thousand separator in SE16. It is stored internally without any separators.
