Self-Service Requisitioning in S/4HANA and a Fiori Hub deployment

Hi all,

forgive me if this is now posted in a totally non matching area of SAP Community. I find it bemusing how SAP manages to kill established flows and procedures every 3-4 years with their community.

That being said here we go:

I have a situation where plan a conversion from SAP ERP to S/4HANA 2023. We currently use SAP Enterprise Portal to enable a Webdynpro in ERP that effectively uses OCI for punchout scena

As far as I understood under S4H this scenario is now (several) Fiori apps with my best guess being Create Purchase Requisition - New  as the to be Fiori app to support this.

Now My Questions

1. Is OCI / external webservices supported in a hub deployment where I have a separate Fiori Frontend Server for S/4HANA 2023 and do not have Fiori embedded in the S4H backend?
2. If so, are there any caveats, e.g. say OAuth secured catalogs?
3. If not, what would be my options? I definitely strive for a hub deployment because we have external facing Fiori scenarios that we are already exposing to the internet
