Hi, I have an issue with SD_SCHEDULING between two different systems. One is in sandbox and one is in other test system. SD_SCHEDULING works in the system #1 and not in system #2.
I have a custom program that changes the route and delivery date according to delivery priority in the sales document.
Scenario #1 - Delivery priority 23; its description is: "Next day Saturday". Route: "XX1234 - Saturday"
Result of scenario #1: its delivery date set by SD_SCHEDULING is always a day after the sales document has been created or modified.
Example: Today is Sunday, the delivery date will be Monday instead of the expected date Saturday.
Scenario #2 - Delivery Priority 47; its description is: "Saturday". Route: "XX0001 - Saturday"
Result of scenario #2: there were no changes in the delivery date.
Example: Today is Monday, the delivery date will still be Monday.
I have checked the route and calendar of the customer and it shows that Mondays to Saturdays, they accept deliveries. There were also no time set in the 'Goods Receiving Hours'.
What else should I check? I have followed the KB or SAP Notes that I have seen in this forum.
