My client is a manufacturer of cables, they cut the cables in km and at every production process the scrap gets generated and currently, they segregate each raw material manually (physically) from the bunch of cable like aluminum, copper, PVC, etc. and they sale those cut length of cables as scrap. So they want the requirement to be mapped in SAP is as follows:
We need the functionality as.
In the initial screen, We should enter FG material no and the stage at which the cable was cut or scrapped, and the length of the cut piece
Now, The system should pick the active BOM automatically and generate RM used in it for that length. The RM will then get transferred to the scrap code. we have opened the Scrap code for all RMs starting with 75.
Kindly provide a handy solution for this requirement.
