Is it possible to make blocking in SBO_SP_TransactionNotification only work in the Data Transfer Workbench?

Hi, 

It is possible.

Transaction header tables have DataSource field and you can add the condition to where clause to detect the transactions are from DTW (DI API) or not. 

For example, Journal Entry table with DataSource field

and OJDT.DataSource<>'N'
